  I was feeling a bit lethargic and unrefreshed, so I went to try it after my wife told me that she found foot reflexology helped. I told her I absolutely couldn't handle the pain, and they adjusted it just right, leaving me feeling comfortable and refreshed without being too painful. ✨ After two or three sessions, the pain went away. However, if I skip a session, the pain returns... I'm debating whether to sign up for a regular course. The mugwort steaming session in pairs left me sweating all over, but it didn't leave me feeling sticky, and just a light wipe left me feeling refreshed. Personally, I think this might be better than a sauna. 🙆 Apparently, treatments for men only require a referral.
