  Combine this with a hot spring for an ultimate detox experience! This time, I chose the herbal bath, using herbs called "Bali no Chikara." The whole body is bathed in steam made from a blend of 10 organic Indonesian herbs, but it's not at all stuffy like a sauna. I was able to lie down and relax while sweating out quality sweat. The herbal scent freed both my body and mind. The completely private room allowed me to relax, so I loved being able to immerse myself in my own time without worrying about others looking at me. The staff were very attentive and made suggestions tailored to my physical condition that day, which was another reason for my peace of mind. Located just a stone's throw from Sannomiya, this was a wonderful salon where I could enjoy even deeper relaxation after my hot spring bath. If you're feeling fatigued or looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend trying a private herbal bath.

  I tried a herbal bath! You're guided to a private room, so you can relax and enjoy your time. You choose your favorite herbs and enjoy the warm steam. I think it's great that your face is out, so you don't get overheated! You choose your scent at the reception, and I was surprised that my preference had changed since my last visit! They also provide water, and the staff checks on you periodically. It's a great way to sweat and feel refreshed, so I highly recommend it!
