  A friend told me about a new mugwort steam bath salon on Awaji Island, so I went for the first time. I'm not very used to going to beauty salons, and I don't like saunas, so I was a little nervous about talking one-on-one, but I'm so glad I went. The steam was just the right temperature, and the pleasant aroma of mugwort warmed me up gradually. I was surprised at how much I sweated, and my whole body felt refreshed and relaxed. I've been worried about age spots since turning 50, but I was surprised to see that my skin tone had brightened after the mugwort steam bath. The owner was incredibly polite and maintained a good distance, so I was able to have my concerns listened to seriously without feeling stressed. I was able to spend time in a relaxing space where I didn't have to worry about being seen by others. I will definitely visit again.

  The owner was a wonderful person, and she explained everything so carefully, making for a very pleasant experience. This was my third session, so I can't see a clear effect yet, but I feel like the swelling has gone down due to the heavy sweating. My skin also seems to have a nice glow.
