  初めて伺わせていただきました。 5年前から　甲状腺ホルモン低下症で通院後 今は　通院も投薬治療もしてませんが　やはりひどい便秘が慢性化してて　少しでも改善できないかと思い　予約させていただきました。 おしゃれで落ち着いた空間　そこにいるだけで　癒される感じ♪ 寒い日でしたが　どっぷり気持ちのよい汗かいて　デトックス効果　楽しみです。 よいアドバイスもいただけたので　次回の予約も入れてもらって　続けて伺わせていただきます。 ありがとうございました。またよろしくお願いします♡

  The atmosphere was soothing and I was able to sweat and feel refreshed after steaming with mugwort. It felt great.

  My second mugwort steam treatment!! The consultation and aftercare were perfect, and I've signed up for a course starting today. My body felt warm from the very first day of the mugwort steam treatment, and that warmth has continued, which is incredibly helpful!   I decided to try mugwort steaming for the first time in my life to help with fertility, sensitivity to cold, and period pain, and I've been there three times now. I've only tried it three times so far, but this period, my period pain has been less severe except for the first day! Also, perhaps thanks to the mugwort steaming, I feel like I'm falling asleep faster and waking up feeling refreshed in the morning. I used to go primarily to help with fertility, but now I also go to be soothed by the mugwort scent and to chat with the owner, and it's become a way to refresh myself ^_^

  I come every three weeks and this is my third time. Compared to the first time, I'm sweating more and I feel so much more refreshed afterwards. The owner is easy to talk to, so I can leave my care in their hands with peace of mind. I'd like to continue coming here to keep my health in check.
