  I always request a mugwort steaming session plus lymphatic massage. I'm usually alone during the mugwort steaming session, but they come by a few times to check on me and bring me water. The person in charge is also very friendly, and now I've hit it off with the friendly staff member, and we chat as if we were friends while massaging. They thoroughly massage me, which feels great and is fun, and I end up feeling warm and refreshed, so I go regularly. I think it's recommended for people who can't stay in the sauna for long periods of time. Apparently, they now allow couples to steam with men, so I'd like to invite my husband next time.
