  I'd been curious about mugwort steaming for a while, and a place opened near my house today, so I went right away! I went with my mother, who's 3 months postpartum and suffers from stiff shoulders, insomnia, and skin problems, and our baby. The shop was very clean and had a stylish atmosphere! The manager kindly explained the effects of mugwort steaming and listened to my current physical concerns; just talking to her was already healing 💚 lol It was my first time trying mugwort steaming, but it felt wonderful, a gentle warmth spreading from within. It was a luxurious time to relax while sipping herbal tea 🌿. I'm glad my mother and I could enjoy a mother-baby steaming session! I was able to leave my child with them during the session, which allowed me to truly relax 🐣💛. The vitamin drink after the session was delicious!!! On the way home, my body felt incredibly light! I can leave my child there with peace of mind, and I'd love to go there as a treat for myself 🌈😍

  I've been going to Herb Thera about three times a month since it opened in April, and this was my fifth visit! I'm surprised that I can get through my period pain without having to rely on medicine this time...! I used to suffer from headaches a lot, but I feel like they've decreased since before I started going! I'm relying less on medicine and I'm really feeling the effects of mugwort steaming✨ I went with a friend at first, but the staff were so kind and polite and easy to talk to that I've been going by myself since the second time✨ After sweating a lot and feeling refreshed, the after-drink was delicious and soothing✨ I also got my makeup and hair fixed at the salon and went straight to lunch♪ It was a relaxing time with all the comforts you could ask for✨

  A friend recommended this place to me when I was feeling depressed both mentally and physically after giving birth, so I went. 😊 I always get nervous and dread going to new places, but the owner's wonderful atmosphere and kind, patient responses have made me feel at ease and have made me return here again and again!! My one-year-old son is shy, but he loves the owner so much that he even hugs him! It's easy to go there!! My physical and mental health has improved so much since I started going there, and even my husband told me to go to totonoff again! lol My husband's comment: ↓ My mental and physical health were both quite bad after giving birth, and I had many tough days, but since I started going to mugwort steaming classes, he's become more cheerful and seems to enjoy parenting, so I'm glad I did!

  The interior is stylish, cute, clean, and relaxing. This is my fifth time coming to the mugwort steaming salon. I really feel the refreshing feeling after warming my body to the core, my skin feeling moisturized and clean, and relaxed. The detoxifying effect and the mugwort scent invigorate my mind and body. (^^) I used to suffer from severe shoulder stiffness, but I was surprised at how quickly it improved after starting mugwort steaming! I was on a diet and had trouble losing weight, but my metabolism improved and I successfully lost 2kg! The staff are also very attentive and offer advice, and they're friendly and easy to talk to, so I always feel energized and relaxed. I'm so glad I found this wonderful salon. (^^)

  This was my first time there. It was convenient because it was close to the station and had parking. When I first filled out the consultation form, I was given three types of herbal tea to choose from. 😊 After an explanation of mugwort steaming, I immediately started. The steaming was done at a low temperature for 40 minutes, using their special mugwort. Even though it was low, it was still warm, and I used the backrest to find a comfortable position and sweated profusely throughout the 40 minutes. They also provided herbal tea during the mugwort steaming, allowing me to stay hydrated and warm my body thoroughly. After I finished and changed, they also provided a nutritious drink packed with vitamin C, which was also delicious. 🥰 They also provided lotions, milks, and sunscreen from select brands. I had rough hands, but after the mugwort steaming, my skin was completely smooth and my hands were healed. 😳 Maybe it's the anti-inflammatory effect? My daughter also said her hands were smooth! I was so happy to hear that! 🥰 My facial skin felt great the next day, and I definitely felt the effects after just one session. 😊 Also, because I was thoroughly hydrated, I detoxed thoroughly and my body felt lighter. 😊 I'm looking forward to seeing even more changes in the future. 😌 Thank you so much! ⭐️ The owner had a very gentle and welcoming atmosphere, and even though I'm quite shy, I felt at ease coming to the salon. 😊
