  I'd been curious about mugwort steaming and dry head spas for a while. I heard that noam, a salon in Himeji City, offers both, so I decided to try them. The treatment was in the order of mugwort steaming → dry head spa. I sweated a lot during the mugwort steaming, but it wasn't unpleasant sweat, and it wasn't too hot, so I was able to relax. During the head spa, it felt so good that I fell asleep. When I woke up, my body felt refreshed, and I felt like my recent fatigue had eased. Perhaps it was the effect of the mugwort steaming, but I was happy to notice that my skin felt smoother when I took a bath that night. Although it was in a residential area, the parking lot in front of the salon was spacious, making it easily accessible by car. I would like to use their services again when my body becomes stiff.   全身よくめぐって🌀ゆるゆる呼吸の深くなる感じを実感でき、とても癒されます☺︎ 黄土を使った本格的なよもぎ蒸しを受けられます🌿これが本当にきもちよい‼︎ 以前に通っていたよもぎ蒸しでは、温度が熱すぎたりぬるすぎたりして困りました。ここでは、おなかぽかぽかきもちよくて、なんと表現したらよいのやら✨ ずっと蒸していたい笑 ていねいな優しいサロンオーナーさんとのおしゃべりや温活の情報交換も楽しいです♪おすすめです🌿 受けた夜はめちゃめちゃ眠れます😴

  I visited for the first time through a family recommendation. I was concerned about cold hands and feet, swelling, and autonomic nervous system imbalances, and I received a lot of advice. The owner has a gentle way of speaking and is very kind; just talking to her was very relaxing 🫶 It was my first time trying a mugwort steam bath, and they used domestically produced yellow clay. I was sweating profusely after just a short while! 😂 Even though I have poor circulation, I felt warm from the inside out after 40 minutes! The head massage was also very thorough and relaxing; I almost fell asleep. The mugwort tea they served at the end was delicious, and I was able to relax completely 🌿 In this calming space, I was able to release the fatigue from my daily work, both physically and mentally. I would definitely like to visit again next time ⭕️

  Concerned about feeling cold and having autonomic nervous system issues, I booked a course of mugwort steam bath and head spa. My body warmed up from the core, and my shoulders and lower back felt lighter. Even though I don't like saunas, it wasn't too hot, so I didn't feel uncomfortable and was able to relax! The head spa was also very pleasant; it wasn't painful, but it felt like they were hitting all the right pressure points ✨ Noam Salon in Himeji City is a rare find, offering mugwort steam baths using domestically produced mugwort. It's a high-quality, trustworthy salon that I highly recommend. I would definitely like to come back again♩

  It was my first time at noam. Apparently this is the only place in Himeji that offers domestic yellow clay mugwort steaming. The head spa was gentle yet effective, and I felt lighter in both body and mind after it. It's a quiet and relaxing salon.
