  I came here on the recommendation of a friend. I have people around me who work with mugwort steaming, so I was kind of curious about what "mugwort steaming" was. When I actually heard the explanation, I thought it was wonderful that they do something that not many other people seem to do, like herbal steaming. The herbs are fermented and are said to be easily absorbed by the body. What surprised me the most was the chair! It has a hole in it, and the steam comes out from underneath, which I thought was really great (lol). Moisturizing is important (lol). They said it was custom-made in Nara. I think that kind of attention to detail is wonderful. Because they used to work in the hotel industry, they treated me very politely. Thank you very much! I will come again.

  It was my first time experiencing something like this, and I had a very pleasant time. The herbal steam bath warmed me from the core, and then being enveloped in the soothing sounds of the singing bowls afterward allowed me to deeply relax both my mind and body. I feel like I was able to spend time taking care of myself.

  This was my first experience with singing bowls, and I was surprised at how relaxing it was—much more than I expected. I felt the sound reaching deep into my body, and it was incredibly soothing. I closed my eyes during the session, and the colors I saw changed with each change in the bowl's sound, which was a very memorable experience. The green color, in particular, appeared as a sphere, sometimes moving wildly, sometimes glowing gently—it was a strange and fascinating sensation. Later, I learned that the colors and movements had meaning and were connected to my past, which surprised me. Furthermore, what was said was very accurate and I found myself nodding in agreement. I also heard many other interesting things, all of which were very beneficial to me. Overall, my mind and body were relaxed, and I felt very refreshed afterward. I would definitely like to use this service again.

  I received a herbal mugwort steam bath and a singing bowl treatment! I've experienced mugwort steam baths at other places before, but what I liked about this place was that they blended the herbal medicine according to my physical condition that day, so I received a treatment that was more tailored to me✨ I sweated a lot and felt very refreshed! The singing bowl treatment was a unique and wonderful experience! It gave me an opportunity to confront my current state and concerns, and I even received specific advice, making it a very meaningful time!   This was my first visit, and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience in a very comfortable space! The herbal medicine chosen for me today was incredibly soothing, and I was constantly soothed by the lovely aroma throughout the treatment. I felt a gentle warmth from within, and I was drenched in sweat under the cape. It might be the first time I've ever sweated so comfortably. I was also surprised at how smooth my skin felt afterward! I almost wanted someone to touch it! (laughs) I also enjoyed chatting with the owner, and it was a very pleasant time that refreshed not only my body but also my mind. I will definitely visit again!
