  Although I wasn't particularly stressed at the time, my curiosity about a singing bowl treatment led me to try it for the first time! It was simply amazing!! I was surprised at how soothing the vibrations of the overtones were, relaxing both my mind and body! Of all the treatments I've received, this one was especially perfect for my taste! It was like being in a deep meditative state! It was so comfortable, I might have even fallen asleep midway through...? I was told that my chakras were relatively well-balanced, but I felt that receiving this treatment regularly would be very helpful in understanding my own condition and balancing my autonomic nervous system, both mentally and physically. I definitely want to continue receiving this treatment regularly in the future. Also, the herbal mugwort steam treatment, which is blended to suit each individual, is another treatment that interests me, as I suffer from poor circulation. I look forward to seeing you again.   It was my first experience, but the soothing sound of the singing bowls helped my body relax ✨ I actually recognized some of the chakras that were difficult to resonate with, and some of the things you mentioned were accurate. It was a不思議な experience. I gained many insights.   I was finally able to experience singing bowls, something I'd been curious about. I practice yoga, so I sometimes have them played after my sessions, but this was a completely different experience and truly amazing! I immediately felt the energy circulating throughout my body, and I drifted off into a state of deep sleep. I don't know if it was the singing bowls or the staff who were amazing, haha. After the session, they gave me a clear explanation of my current physical and mental state, which I found very helpful. I definitely want to do it again!!

  I received the treatment hoping for a transformation of consciousness (deep meditation) through the sound (frequency) of singing bowls, but the result was a deeper relaxation than I had imagined. The vibrations of the singing bowls corresponding to each chakra were soothing, and especially with the crown chakra, I experienced an incredible sense of tranquility and upliftment, close to oneness. It's a superior approach to consciousness through sound, different from Hemi-Sync, and I felt it was a very effective therapy for purifying mind and body. The counseling was also thorough and accurate, which surprised me... I'll definitely be coming back!

  I tried a singing bowl session. It was a strange experience unlike anything I'd ever had before. The boundaries of my consciousness blurred. I thought I was fully awake, but it seems I was in a deep sleep during the session. My consciousness might have been drifting elsewhere. I feel incredibly refreshed, both mentally and physically.
