  I tried a mugwort steam bath. It was my first time, but the staff explained the procedure and effects very carefully, which was great. The herbal blend is tailored to your physical condition and concerns. I've been having trouble sleeping lately, so they made one for me, and after the mugwort steam bath, I slept much better and really felt the effects. I'd like to continue going to maintain the effects. Also, I was happy that it was a private room, so I could enjoy it without worrying about others!

  I had a mugwort steaming treatment at the herbal spa. I'm not normally the type to sweat much, but I found myself sweating gently and comfortably, and afterwards I felt lighter both physically and mentally. The private room was calming, so I was able to fully relax after work. The staff were also kind enough to listen to my concerns, which gave me a sense of security. The interior, decorated in blue, was cute, and I had a very pleasant time. I recommend it. I'd like to come again! ♡

  普段からサウナや岩盤浴を利用していますが、よもぎ蒸しはまた違ったジャンルの温浴でとても良かったです。 60分コースの体験をしましたが、途中から眠気が出始め副交感神経が刺激されているなと体感でき普段睡眠の質が悪い体質なんですが、このまま心地よく眠れそうだと感じました。 スタッフさんも丁寧に案内、カウンセリングいただき印象も良かったです。 継続的に通いたいと思ったお店でした。

  I visited for my first ever herbal spa experience. The stylish space, predominantly decorated in blue, had a wonderful atmosphere. They carefully listened to my physical ailments and prepared herbal medicines and herbs that were perfect for me. I was surprised by the generous amount! For 60 minutes, I was able to relax completely without thinking about anything, and the gentle sweating felt incredibly good. I had been struggling with persistent fatigue, but afterwards, my body felt so much better. My husband and I both used the service, and he was very satisfied as well. Thank you for a wonderful time and experience!!

  初めてのハーバルスパ(よもぎ蒸し)でしたが、とってもリラックス出来ました！ 旦那と2人でお出かけついでに来店。 今日の体調や疲れの状態をタブレットで入力すると、一人一人にパーソナライズされたハーブをブレンドしてもらえます。 仕事の疲れを癒してリラックスしたかった私には”リラクゼーション”の調合、末端冷え性&花粉症に悩んでいた旦那には”冷え性改善&抗アレルギー”の調合でブレンドしてもらいました。 よもぎ蒸しのお部屋は完全個室になっているので、カップル2人でゆっくり時間を過ごせる様になっていて、リラックスも兼ねたデートにぴったりでした。 終わる頃には汗だくになりながら2人でたっぷりデトックスして、リフレッシュさせていただきました。 また温活も兼ねて来店させてもらいます！
